Your mother's medical records are not a business model.

Most “free” senior-care services make money by selling your contact details to facilities, or by handing your data to advertisers. We took that option off the table permanently. Here is exactly what we do and don't do, in the plainest language we can manage.

What we do
Encrypt every document you store with us.
Ask your permission before processing anything medical — and record when you gave it.
Use AI providers contractually barred from training on your documents.
Let you export everything, and delete everything, yourself.
Count our website visitors without cookies or tracking.
What we never do
Sell, rent, or share your family's health data. With anyone.
Refer you to a facility, agency, or advisor for a fee.
Put advertising or tracking code in the app.
Put a safety warning behind a payment.
Call you, or let anyone else call you, because you tried the demo.

The specifics

The website demo stores nothing.

A document you try on caresemble.com/demo is processed and then deleted within the hour. No account, no email required, and it is never used to train anything.

Deletion means deletion, within 30 days.

You can delete your account from inside the app without emailing anyone. Access ends immediately, the data is purged within thirty days, and we email you when it's done.

The family links you send are limited on purpose.

A link shows the summary, the schedule, and upcoming appointments — never the original scanned documents. Links expire, you can revoke one at any time, and you can add a PIN.

We are not your parent's doctor.

CareSemble organizes and explains paperwork. It does not diagnose, and it does not decide anything clinical. Every AI result asks you to confirm it, and medication changes tell you to check with the pharmacist or clinician.
